Must have five years experience in the structural steel
industry in similar role. Strong computer skills with
knowledge of Revit, Tekla, Bluebeam and Microsoft
Office. Knowledge of Microsoft Project is a plus. Good

experience reviewing contract drawings and
specifications along with other information related to
structural steel. Strong communication skills, written
and verbal. Minimum of a BS Civil Engineering or

Work with sub center department including logistics and
inventory management, as needed. Coordinate activities
and changes between main center and each sub center.
Implement efficiencies with the Logistics Director
between Oklahoma City and the e sub center departments.
Ensure compliance with all company procedures. Work
with the Logistics Director, Coordinators, sub center
Director and main center management to assess and
identify areas for improvement. Ensure that corrective
action to identified problems is implemented
appropriately. Assist with the training program at each
sub center location for staff. Ensure that all training
is completed on time and returned to the main center
training coordinator. Direct supervision of all main
center logistics staff including hiring, annual review,
and disciplinary action. Main center logistics
scheduling for all logistics activities including
collections, deliveries, and equipment relocations.
Determination of fleet maintenance, allocation and
accident reporting. Support and development of quality
improvement. Assist in coverage/job duties for the
Manager and Logistics Director as needed. Reporting
performance data as appropriate. Revision and/or
authorship of standard operating procedures. Other
projects as assigned.
Plant manager for a 200 plus person manufacturing site.
Direct and manage plant operations with overall
responsibilities for production, quality and other
production related activities. Provides leadership for
plant operation employees. Leads strategy deployment
for the plant initiatives and growth. Accountable for
driving Lean initiatives throughout the plant to ensure
they are fully embraced and implemented. Provides
leadership by promoting team concepts, coaching,
counseling, retaining, mentoring, training, talent
management and individual development. Bachelor's
degree in related field or 10 years plant/general
management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong
understanding and experience in implementing Lean
manufacturing processes (certification), six sigma
training, 5S, JIT, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban,
Standard Work. Leader Standard Work, Flow Production,
Pull Production, Line Balancing and Visual Management
Responsible for producing good quality parts with proper
number of cavities at/or above injection molding
standards. Ensure that all safety features installed on
machines are in good working order. Enter all necessary
data into Mattec System. Responsible for preparing
and/or updating set-up sheets. Responsible for work
color changes, completion of work orders, and new mold
startups. Responsible for minor maintenance and repair
of equipment. Plan daily activities within the
guidelines of company policies. Ability to interpret
part drawings, knowledge of plastic part quality
requirements, must have knowledge in technical set-up of
injection molding machines. 2nd or 3rd shift-
Monday-Friday weekends on need basis. B.S degree from
four year accredited college Plastics, Mechanical,
Electrical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering is
highly preferred. A high school diploma is required.
This is a 3rd shift position working Sunday through
Thursday from 10:45pm to 7:15am.
Minimum of 2 years of college education required. Must
have 2+ years of first line management or supervisory
experience preferably in retail restaurant. Must posses
good written, verbal, math and interpersonal skills as
well as command of the English language. Ability to
train, guide and lead other management staff is
required. Must be able to work with a high degree of
independence and discretion and carry a heavy workload.
