Admin Assistant/Receptionist OKC $12-$15/hr DOE Need a front desk receptionist with good computer skills.  Someone who is friendly, outgoing and can work unsupervised.  MUST be detail oriented and can pay attention to details.  Great attendance a MUST.  Person will greet and direct vendors and customers, answer phones by the 3rd ring, take messages, maintain sign in/out register, sort paychecks, schedule meeting rooms, handle monthly postings of birthday and work anniversaries.  Other duties include; assisting HR department, filing, typing, handling mail, sort invoices, handle mail outs, data entry of daily reports, order supplies, etc...  Able to lift 25pounds.  Must be proficient in MS Suite, Word and Excel.  Have excellent verbal and written skills and professional appearance.  Will work Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm, able to work OT if needed.  Client offers great insurance benefits, paid vacation, 401k, paid holidays and other perks.
